The StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 tournament takes place between 17 and 20 September.
8 teams compete in the StarSeries Fall tournament in a double-elimination bracket, where teams that lose an upper bracket match drop into the lower bracket. Each match is played to the best of 3 games. However, the Grand Final is a best-of-5 series.
4 of the teams taking part were invited based on their Valve Regional Standings (VRS) ranking, while the other 4 qualified through regional qualifiers. These teams are:

The $500,000 prize pool is split between teams based on performance, with half going to the players and the other half to the teams. Here’s how the prize pool is broken down:

Match winner
If you’d like to simply predict the winner of the match, this is the market you’ll be focusing on. It’s a standard moneyline bet, with two possible outcomes.
Correct score
The correct score market lets you predict the final score, selecting how many maps you think each team will win.
Map handicap
Each match in the StarSeries Fall tournament is played to the best of 3 maps, and you can bet on either team to win with a map handicap or advantage applied. For example, if you bet on a team to win with a -1.5 handicap, they need to win by 2 maps. If you bet on a team with a 1.5 advantage, they need to avoid losing by 2 maps.
Total maps or rounds over/under
You can also bet on the total number of maps played in the match, or the total number of rounds played in the map. Pick the over or under line, depending on how closely fought you think the match is likely to be.
Map winner
The map winner market lets you predict which team will win a specific map during the match. For example, you can bet on the outcome of the first map. The threeway option is provided here, with the possibility of betting on a draw if the rounds are tied at 13-13 and it goes to overtime.
Pistol round props
Prop bets in Counter-Strike include game props such as which team will win Pistol round 1 or 2 on a specific map. The pistol round is the first round of each half, where players on both teams are restricted to only pistols.
Player prop bets
Player props on CS2 matches at Stake include duels between specific players, where you can bet on one player to outscore an opponent. You can also bet on the over/under for total kills that a specific player gets during the match, or total headshots.
Outright winner
The outright winner market lets you predict the tournament's final outcome. Choose which team you think will be victorious in the Grand Final.

CS2 StarSeries odds and predictions
Team Vitality are the favourites according to the opening betting odds. They had a successful start of the year, winning IEM Krakow, PGL Cluj-Napoca, BLAST Open Spring, IEM Rio and BLAST Rivals Spring. That was on top of winning their 2nd successive ESL Grand Slam. However, they haven’t won a tournament since March, going through a patch of poor form for their incredibly high standards.
MOUZ are another big favourite based on the betting odds before the tournament gets underway. They finished as runners-up at the BLAST Open Fall tournament earlier this month and won the BLAST Bounty Summer tournament in August.
In our opinion dark horse to win the tournament is Natus Vincere. They’re not favoured by the opening odds, but they have the best record in this competition, winning last year and several StarSeries events. While their roster has changed since, they’re still a top team, having recently won IEM Atlanta and ESL Pro League Season 23 this year.
