BY NAPOLEAN HILL (3) In the money when 2nd last run at Illawarra Grange and was a debutant last start. Has a positive barrier. Classy enough for this field and is one of the major players. ELIO (5) Ran well when 3rd last time at Illawarra Grange. Interesting to see the blinkers go on for the first time. Has early speed and positions nicely. Capable of forward showing and can be competitive. DEFENSEMEN (1) Resuming after a spell. Finished 11th last run at Randwick but will find this grade easier. Ran 3rd in a trial at Rosehill Gardens on June 5th. Can take this out. PREDATION (11) Resumes from a 33 week break. Struggled when 6th last start at Randwick but having second career run. He's been gelded and dropping in grade. Drawn beautifully. Good each way value for punters.
